انجام این حرکت مانند ورزش پروانه است با این تفاوت که کودک پاهایش را بیشتر از عرض شونه باز می کند. نحوه انجام آن به این صورت است که کودک به صورت مستقیم می پرد و هنگامی که در بین زمین و هوا قرار دارد دست و پاهایش را مانند ستاره دریایی باز می کند.
